What is Bobobobo's exchange/return policy?
Exchanged or returned item must comply our policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

Non-exchanged & returned items include:
- Wine and other bottled products
- Beauty & Cosmetics
- Intimates (lingerie & swimwear)
- Jewelry or Fine Jewelry
- Pre-order items
- Final sale items and other items as stated in product page

Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia and other countries within 4 (four) to 10 (ten) working days starting from the delivered date of the merchandise or otherwise stated in the Product Page. Any exchanges or replacement for International orders might be charged for extra delivery fee, depends on the shipment location.

If merchandise is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost.

Wine and other bottled product that is deemed defective can only be returned if the bottle is in a good condition, still holds 90% of the content, and within 3 days after the bottle’s opened.​ Some items cannot be returned due to sale program, special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.

How do I exchange/return an item I purchased?
Method A*:
1. Create your Exchange or Return
Sign-in to your account, go to My Order and select the Order you wish to exchange or return. Click EXCHANGE/RETURN and follow the steps.
2. Send your item to us
Stick our Return Shipping Label on your returned package and send it to our office.

Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.

Method B:
1. Fill in the Exchange/Return form
An Exchange/Return form is provided inside your packages.
2. Send your item to us
Stick our Return Shipping Label on your returned package and send it to our office.

Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.

Method C:
1. Call our Customer Service Team
Our Customer Service Team will gladly help you with your exchanges/returns.
2. Send your item to us
Stick our Return Shipping Label on your returned package and send it to our office.

You have 4 working days to send your products to us. For product with value more than IDR 1,000,000, please return using express shipping and courier insurance.
