Shop At Bobobobo

How do I shop for a merchandise?
If you already know which item you want to purchase type its name or keywords in the "Search" box on the top right hand corner. To browse, start by selecting on "Women" or "Men" on the top of the webpage. You can also find an item based on its product type by clicking on a category. Click on the photo or name of your selected product and it will take you to the product page.

On the product page, when given option, please select size, color, or other relevant attributes. Select the number of items you wish to buy, and click "Add to Cart".

How do I find exclusive or on-sale products?
Products that are On Sale, Exclusive, or of Limited Availability (we call them Special Package) are labeled below their respective names on the catalogue. It will also show on the right hand side if a product is a Special Package.

Can I make special requests?
We will try as much as possible to accommodate your special requests, but to be sure, please contact Bobobobo Care.

Travel At Bobobobo

How do I book a hotel room?
Click on "Travel" on the top of the browser. If you already know which hotel you want to book, type the name of the hotel in the "Search" box on the top right hand corner. You can also find a hotel based on your targeted destination by clicking on "Destinations" and choosing a city. Click on the picture or the name of the hotel for which you are interested. We provide descriptions and our take on each hotel so you can make the best pick for an enjoyable stay.

To book hotel rooms, choose a "Check In Date" on the right side of the hotel image. Upon clicking a "Check In Date", the "Check Out Date" option will appear and you can select one. Options for room type will appear. Select a room type and tell us the number of rooms you'd like to book. Click "Submit" and you will be taken to the payment page.

How do I book multiple rooms?
When you have selected a "Check In Date" and a "Check Out Date", options for room type will appear. Please select a room type. Then click on the drop down labeled "No. of Rooms" to select the number of rooms you'd like to reserve. We do not offer selection of multiple rooms across different room types in one transaction for now.

How do I book a travel Experience?
If you already know which travel experience you want to book, type its name in the "Search" box on the top right hand corner. To browse, click on "Travel" on the top of the webpage. You can also find an experience based on your targeted destination by clicking on "Destinations" and choosing a city. You can also search for an experience based on the type of trip you want to do by clicking on "Experiences".

To book a travel experience, select a "Departure Date" on the right hand side panel. Some experiences may have options for different types of packages. Select a package and then select the number of travelers. Note that some experiences may have a minimum number of travelers.

Some travel experiences may require us to confirm availability of the trips. In such cases, we will get back to you within 1 working day.

How do I book for multiple travelers?
When you have selected a "Departure Date", options for package will appear. Please select a package. Then click on the drop down labeled "No. of Adults" to identify the number of travelers in this trip. We do not offer selection of multiple travelers across multiple packages in one transaction for now.

When do I receive my booking confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after each booking. We will process your booking as soon as possible, but it may take up to 24 hours unless otherwise noted. If you haven't received your booking confirmation after 24 hours since you made your order, please let us know here.


What payment methods do Bobobobo accept?
We accept Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) & Bank Transfer.

How many hours do I have to complete a payment?
You need to complete payment not later than 1 x 36 hours.

Can we do bank transfer from overseas bank?
Bobobobo does not recommend bank transfer using Foreign Bank Account. We recommend you to use Indonesian Bank Account.

What is the recommended payment method and why?
  • Payment with Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) and Bank Transfer Payment are both recommended so your orders can be processed straight away.
  • You can also opt for Bank Transfer Payment, which is eligible for 36 hours payment process and immediate approval after you do the payment.

Where is my order confirmation?
After Bobobobo received your order, check your email for an order confirmation from us. The email will include your tracking number and link to track your order information.

How can I check on my payment confirmation?
  • After you’re done with payment, check your progress through My Orders.
  • You order will be confirmed immediately after you made your payment with credit card or bank transfer.
  • If after 2 business days you haven’t received any email on your payment (Email Subject: Bo4 Received Payment), please call our Customer Service at +62 81 1234 8080, +6221 2954 6060

How can I track my orders?
  • You can track your orders through My Orders.

When will my orders be shipped?
After your payment has been confirmed, Bobobobo will need 2-7 business days to process your orders.
  • For Jabodetabek area, around 2-3 business days to deliver
  • For Nationwide, around 7 business days to deliver
  • For International Shipping, it will depend on the destination.

What if I purchase a product during the weekend or national holidays?
Bobobobo won’t be sending orders during weekends and national holidays. We will process your orders in the following business days.

Is my payment secure?
Your payment is secure as we implement multiple layers of security. Your credit card information is not stored in our system. It is recorded and processed directly by Cybersource.
Your transfer information is protected by the issuing bank. If you have any concerns about the security of your payment, please contact us here.

What Does My Order Status Mean?
You can track the status of your order online at Bobobobo. Signed in and click on My Orders to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on details of your order that you would like to track and a detailed information of your product status will be displayed.
A tracking number is also located below the product status. Copy the tracking number and paste it on the tracking link provided. You can review the tracking history and see the delivered date.

Status :
  • Order Processing - “Checking availability“
  • Once you have submitted your order and your payment has been received, you will get an confirmation email from Bobobobo. Your order will be immediately sent to our merchants & warehouse and to be processed & packed for shipment. If your product status is “Checking availability”, we are checking on the stock availability due to limited number of stocks. We will send you an email once the availability is confirmed.
  • Order Processing - “Processing“
  • Once you have submitted your order and your payment has been received, you will get an confirmation email from Bobobobo. Your order will be immediately sent to our merchants & warehouse and to be processed & packed for shipment. Please allow some days according to the estimated delivery days to process and prepare your order for shipment. Note that no changes or cancellations can be made during “Processing” status.
  • Order Processing - “Out of stock“
  • The item is out of stock. We are very sorry but don’t worry, our Customer Service will assist you for the refund process within 1 - 2 days or you can contact our Customer Service at customercare@bobobobo.com
  • Order Delivery - "Shipped"
  • Your order is on your way!
  • Order Delivery - “Delivered“
  • Your order has been delivered.

Am I eligible for Bobobobo Installment Payment Program?
You are eligible if you have an Indonesian credit card from one of our bank partners. As of today, our bank partner includes the following:

What items are eligible for the Installment Payment Program?
All items available on Bobobobo are eligible for the Installment Payment Program, provided that your total transaction is over IDR 750,000,-.

What installment period is Bobobobo offering?
We are offering only a 3 month installment period at the moment.

Shop as usual, and when you head to checkout, select “Credit Card” as method of payment. Make sure you are using a credit card from one of our bank partners. Tick the installment payment options for your Credit Card issuing Bank and select the installment period.

Your card will initially be charged the full amount while we process your request to the bank to convert your charges into the Installment Payment Program.

How long will it take to process the installment request?
The process may take up to fourteen (14) working days.

Can I return items purchased using the Installment Payment Program?
Unfortunately, no. Returns, exchanges and replacements are not applicable for orders purchased using Bobobobo Installment Payment Program.

Redeeming Your Orders

How do I check in for a hotel reservation?
Once your payment is received and your booking is confirmed, we will send you a Hotel Voucher within 24 hours of payment receipt. For most hotels, you can simply check in with a government-issued identification. Please bring a printed or digital copy of said Hotel Voucher.

How do I check in for a travel experience?
Once your payment is received and your booking is confirmed, we will send you an Experience Voucher within 24 hours of payment receipt. The voucher, or in same cases a follow-up email, will contain instructions to check in for your Experience. To be safe, please bring a printed or digital copy of the Experience Voucher.

Is there any extra pre-arrival requirement for Experience?
Some Experience may require some preparation or information. We try to minimize pre-arrival requirements as much as possible. You will receive an email from Bobobobo or our Merchant if one is needed.

What do I do if there is a problem locating my reservation?

Goods Shipping

Where does Bobobobo ship to?
Bobobobo currently ships to Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Australia, India, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States of America & Canada. Shipping rate and time differs based on destination.

What is the cost of shipping?
For limited time only, shipping within Indonesia for orders above IDR 500,000 will be free of charge.

Otherwise, your total shipping fee depends on the final destination of the shipping address as well as your package specifications. Total fees may change depending on the weight or volume of your package. Some items that require special treatment, such as oversized and delicate items, may incur additional special handling charges.

The shipping charges are as follows:
  • Jakarta area is IDR 9,000
  • Jawa + Bali area starting from IDR 11.000
  • Sumatra area starting from IDR 19.000
  • Kalimantan area starting from IDR 26.000
  • Others starting from IDR 30.000

Which shipping couriers does Bobobobo use?
Bobobobo carefully selected our partner couriers for your best online purchase experience. We are currently partnering with Acommerce, RPX, and JNE for Domestic shipment, Fedex and DHL for International shipment.

How do I track my packages?
Anytime after your payment is complete, you can track the status of your order in My Order. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier provider, tracking number, and tracking website in it.

Cancellation & Exchange/Returns

Can I cancel or modify a Hotel or an Experience booking?
Each reservation has "Cancellation Policy" and "Rate Rules" which can be found on the Booking Voucher issued. Some reservations involve penalty periods, so be sure to check your voucher for any cancellation policy before making a cancellation to avoid incurring fees.

Can I cancel or modify a Shop order?
An order is processed as soon as possible. If you have not made your payment and would like to cancel your order, please notify Bobobobo Care. If your payment is processed and you would like to cancel your order, please contact Bobobobo Care and we will try our best.

What is Bobobobo's exchange/return policy?
In general, all merchandise can be exchanged or returned. Exception applied for: Wine and other bottled products, Cosmetics, Intimates and Jewelry, Pre-order items, and other items as stated in product page.

Merchandise must be returned unworn/unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If merchandise is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost.

Wine and other bottled product that is deemed defective can only be returned if the bottle is in a good condition, still holds 90% of the content, and within 3 days after the bottle’s opened.​ Some items cannot be returned due to sale program, special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.

Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia and other countries within 5 (five) to 10 (ten) working days of merchandise receipt or otherwise stated in the Product Page. Any exchanges or replacement for International orders might be charged for extra delivery fee, depends on the shipment location.

How do I exchange/return an item I purchased?
Returning items to us is simple and easy.
1. Fill out exchange /return form
You have 5-10 days from when you received your merchandise to request for an exchange or return. Please login and fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form in My Orders. For faulty items, please attach photos highlighting the stated defects. Please note that the RMA is applicable for one time return transaction only .
2. Receive RMA Approval email
Within 1 working day, our Bobobobo Care team will send you an approval email for your return request.
3. Send product to us
Upon receipt of RMA Approval email, you have 4 working days to send your product to Bobobobo Return Center in its original condition and packaging. Here's the address:

5. Receive your exchange/refund
Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.

For refund, customer is expected to receive the fund in their bank account within 2 (two) working days maximum, only applied for Indonesian Bank Accounts. Credit Card payment will receive the cancellation within 2 (two) weeks. Shipment cost will not be refunded.
